  WB analysis using 16620-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 16620-1-AP (INTS3 antibody) at dilution of 1:8000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of HEK-293 using 16620-1-AP

  WB result of INTS3 antibody (16620-1-AP; 1:1000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-INTS3 transfected HEK-293 cells.

Hintergrundinformationen

INTS3 is a member of the integrator complex characterised as an RNA polymerase II (RNAPII) C-terminal domain binding factor involved in the processing of small nuclear RNAs (snRNAs) (PMID: 16239144). INTS3 was overexpressed in colorectal cancer (CRC) patients and tumour cell lines and inhibited CRC apoptosis by promoting the degradation of pro-apoptotic gene transcripts (PMID: 38665208).
