  FC experiment of U-251 using 84610-3-RR

  1x10^6 U-251 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug INTS6 Recombinant antibody (84610-3-RR, Clone:242099E6) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84610-3-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84610-3-RR against Human INTS6 were performed. The affinity constant is 1.71 nM.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Mauslebergewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: HeLa-Zellen
