  WB analysis of HEK-293 using 17054-1-AP

  HEK-293 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 17054-1-AP (INTS7 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Hintergrundinformationen

INTS7 is a subunit of the integrator complex. The Integrator complex is associated with the C-terminal domain (CTD) of RNA polymerase II largest subunit (POLR2A) and is recruited to the U1 and U2 snRNAs genes. Plays a role in DNA damage response (DDR) signaling during the S phase (PMID: 21659603).
