  WB analysis using 28289-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 28289-1-AP (IPO7 antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 28289-1-AP (IPO7 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human breast cancer tissue slide using 28289-1-AP (IPO7 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: HeLa-Zellen, U-251-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Mammakarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

• Western Blot (WB): WB : 1:1000-1:8000
• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:50-1:500
