  WB analysis of HeLa using 85254-3-RR

  HeLa untreated and IFN gamma treated cells lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85254-3-RR (IRF1 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
