  IF Staining of HepG2 using CL488-11335

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed IFN gamma treated HepG2 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 IRF1 antibody (CL488-11335) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of Jurkat using CL488-11335

  1X10^6 Jurkat cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human IRF1 (CL488-11335) (red), or 0.4 ug Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control (CL488-66360, Clone: T1F8D3F10) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

Hintergrundinformationen

IRF1, also named as IFN regulatory factor 1, is a 325 amino acid protein, which belongs to the IRF family. IRF1 as a transcriptional regulator which displays a remarkable functional diversity in the regulation of cellular responses. The calculated molecular weight of IRF1 is 37 kDa, but the modified IRF1 protein is about 45-50 kDa.
