  1X10^6 human peripheral blood lymphocytes were surface stained with APC Anti-Human CD19 (APC-65110, Clone: HIB19), 1 ug Anti-Human IgD (65175-1-Ig, Clone: IA6-2) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:500. Cells were not fixed.
