  1x10^6 mouse splenocytes were surface stained with 0.1 ug APC-Cyanine7 Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (AY7-98136, Clone: 240953C9) (mid, red in histogram) or 0.1 ug APC-Cyanine7 Anti-Mouse CD19 Rabbit RecAb (AY7-98287, Clone: 242301C6) (right, green in histogram), or unstained (left, blue in histogram). Cells were not fixed.
