  1x10^6 mouse splenocytes were surface stained with 0.25 ug FITC Armenian Hamster IgG Isotype Control (PIP) (FITC-65210, Clone: PIP) (red) or 0.25 ug FITC Plus Anti-Mouse CD3ε (145-2C11) (FITC-65060, Clone: 145-2C11) (green), or unstained (blue). Cells were not fixed.
