  FC experiment of mouse splenocytes using 65212-1-Ig

  1x10^6 mouse splenocytes were surface stained with 0.25 ug Rat IgG1 Isotype Control (HRPN) (65212-1-Ig, Clone: HRPN) and FITC anti-rat IgG1 Antibody (red), or 0.25 ug Rat IgG1 Isotype Control (HRPN) (65212-1-Ig, Clone: HRPN) and FITC anti-rat IgG1 Antibody (blue), or not stained (blank) (black). Cells were not fixed.
