  1x10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.1 ug PerCP-Cyanine5.5 Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control (MOPC-21) (CPY5-65124, Clone: MOPC-21) (red), or PerCP-Cyanine5.5 Anti-Human CD45 (HI30) (CPY5-65109, Clone: HI30) (green), or unstained (blue). Cells were not fixed. Lymphocytes were gated.
