  1x10^6 human PBMCs were unstained (left, blue in histogram) or surface stained with 0.25 ug Mouse IgG2a, κ Isotype Control RecAb (98599-1-MR, Clone:252252A1) (middle, red in histogram) or 0.25 ug Anti-Human CD3 (OKT3) Mouse IgG2a Recombinant Antibody (65569-1-MR, Clone: OKT3) (right, green in histogram) and PE-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG. Cells were incubated with FC Receptor Block prior to staining. Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98599-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
