  FC experiment of human PBMCs using PE-65208

  1X10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.2 ug PE Anti-Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control (PE-65208, Clone:C1.18.4) (red), or PE Anti-Human CD3 (OKT3) (green), or unstained (blue). Cells were not fixed. Lymphocytes were gated.
