  1x10^6 mouse splenocytes were surface stained with 0.1 ug PE Rat IgG2a Isotype Control RecAb (PE-98427, Clone: 250862A1) (red in histogram), or 0.1 ug PE Anti-Mouse CD4 (RM4-5) (PE-65141, Clone: RM4-5) (green in histogram), or unstained (blue in histogram). Cells were not fixed.
