  IF Staining of HeLa using CL488-10077

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed HeLa cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 Importin Beta antibody (CL488-10077) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of Jurkat using CL488-10077

  1X10^6 Jurkat cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human Importin Beta (CL488-10077) (red), or 0.8 ug Isotype Control. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
