  IF Staining of Jurkat using CL488-67597

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed Jurkat cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 Importin Beta antibody (CL488-67597, Clone: 1A12B1 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of Jurkat using CL488-67597

  1X10^6 Jurkat cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human Importin Beta (CL488-67597, Clone:1A12B1) (red), or 0.8 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
