  WB analysis using 28378-1-AP

  A431 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 28378-1-AP (Integrin beta-6 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of mouse lung using 28378-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse lung tissue slide using 28378-1-AP (Integrin beta-6 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

ITGB6 belongs to the integrin beta chain family. ITGB6 is a receptor for fibronectin and cytotactin. It recognizes the sequence R-G-D in its ligands. Internalisation of integrin alpha-V/beta-6 via clathrin-mediated endocytosis promotes carcinoma cell invasion.
