  IF Staining of SH-SY5Y using CL488-15661

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed SH-SY5Y cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 Islet 1 antibody (CL488-15661) at dilution of 1:200, CL594-Phalloidin (red).

• 

  FC experiment of SH-SY5Y using CL488-15661

  1x10^6 SH-SY5Y cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human Islet 1 (CL488-15661) (red), or 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL488-30000, Clone: ) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with True-Nuclear Transcription Factor Buffer Set.
