  FC experiment of human PBMCs using FITC-65128

  1x10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.2 ug FITC Plus Mouse IgG2b Isotype Control (MPC-11) (FITC-65128, Clone: MPC-11) (red) or 0.2 ug FITC Plus Anti-Human CD4 (OKT4) (FITC-65134, Clone: OKT4) (green), or unstained (blue). Cells were not fixed. Lymphocytes were gated.
