  1x10^6 HEK-293T cells or JAM3 Transfected HEK-293T cells were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Mouse JAM3 Rabbit RecAb (98393-2-RR, Clone: 242630E6) and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98393-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Junctional adhesion molecule 3 (JAM3) is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein containing two Ig-like domains, which is expressed in various tissues and plays a crucial role in cell junctions, cell polarity, and motility (PMID: 34292449; 28931565). It has been proposed that JAM3 participates in leukocyte-platelet interactions, as well as angiogenesis and brain development (PMID: 12208882; 23255084). JAM3 may also be a new marker for predicting the prognosis and immune functions of bladder cancer patients (PMID: 38400838).
