  WB analysis using 66774-1-Ig

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 66774-1-Ig (KCNQ2 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of mouse brain using 66774-1-Ig

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue slide using 66774-1-Ig (KCNQ2 antibody) at dilution of 1:600 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue slide using 66774-1-Ig (KCNQ2 antibody) at dilution of 1:600 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IF Staining of U2OS using 66774-1-Ig

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed U2OS cells using KCNQ2 antibody (66774-1-Ig, Clone: 1D4A1 ) at dilution of 1:800 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: U2OS-Zellen
