  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using KHSRP antibody (82931-5-RR, Clone: 230189A2 ) at dilution of 1:300 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82931-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HeLa using 82931-5-RR (same clone as 82931-5-PBS)

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.2 ug KHSRP Recombinant antibody (82931-5-RR, Clone:230189A2) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.2 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82931-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 82931-5-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82931-5-RR against Human KHSRP were performed. The affinity constant is 2.11 nM.

Hintergrundinformationen

KHSRP, also named as FUBP2, KSRP, and p75, belongs to the KHSRP family. It binds to the dendritic targeting element and may play a role in mRNA trafficking. KHSRP is a part of a ternary complex that binds to the downstream control sequence (DCS) of the pre-mRNA. It mediates exon inclusion in transcripts that are subject to tissue-specific alternative splicing. KHSRP may interact with single-stranded DNA from the far-upstream element (FUSE). May activate gene expression. It is involved in the degradation of inherently unstable mRNAs that contain AU-rich elements (AREs) in their 3'-UTR, possibly by recruiting degradation machinery to ARE-containing mRNAs.
