  WB analysis using 83418-4-RR

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83418-4-RR (KIAA1715 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of mouse cerebellum using 83418-4-RR

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse cerebellum tissue slide using 83418-4-RR (KIAA1715 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  FC experiment of U-251 using 83418-4-RR

  1x10^6 U-251 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug KIAA1715 Recombinant antibody (83418-4-RR, Clone:240211C7) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83418-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83418-4-RR against Human KIAA1715 were performed. The affinity constant is 13.1 nM.

KIAA1715, also known as LNPK, is a member of the conserved Lunapark protein family. KIAA1715 is an endoplasmic reticulum (ER) membrane protein consisting of an N-terminal domain important for N-myristoylation and ER targeting, two transmembrane domains and a unique zinc finger domain. It has 4 isoforms produced by alternative splicing and acts mainly as a stabilizer of negative membrane curvature (PMID: 27619977).
