  WB analysis using 83418-5-RR

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83418-5-RR (KIAA1715 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of mouse cerebellum using 83418-5-RR

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse cerebellum tissue slide using 83418-5-RR (KIAA1715 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IF Staining of U-251 using 83418-5-RR

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed U-251 cells using KIAA1715 antibody (83418-5-RR, Clone: 240211B9 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2).

KIAA1715, also known as LNPK, is a member of the conserved Lunapark protein family. KIAA1715 is an endoplasmic reticulum (ER) membrane protein consisting of an N-terminal domain important for N-myristoylation and ER targeting, two transmembrane domains and a unique zinc finger domain. It has 4 isoforms produced by alternative splicing and acts mainly as a stabilizer of negative membrane curvature (PMID: 27619977).
