Did not work for western blotting on cell lysates. Bands on western blot were the same in KIF12 knock-out cells (the knockout of KIF12 had been confirmed by genotyping) and in cells overexpressing KIF12-GFP as in control cells, so they must be nonspecific bands. However, ProteinTech's customer service was excellent and they promptly issued a refund for this.
