  WB analysis using 85046-1-RR (same clone as 85046-1-PBS)

Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85046-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue using KIF17 antibody (85046-1-RR, Clone: 242469G4 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85046-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 85046-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 85046-1-RR against Human KIF17 were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.
