  WB analysis of HeLa using 15263-1-AP

  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15263-1-AP (KIF1B antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Empfohlene Verdünnung

• Western Blot (WB): WB : 1:500-1:1000
• Immunpräzipitation (IP): IP : 0.5-4.0 ug for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate
• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:50-1:500

It is recommended that this reagent should be titrated in each testing system to obtain optimal results.

KIF1B in human primary fibroblasts in culture. Reducing and denaturing conditions. 15 ug of total protein. TGX gel 4-15%. Blocking BSA 3%. 1:1000 primary ab O/N 4ºC. 1:5000 secondary HRP antibody 2h RT. Many bands in the blot.
