• 

  WB analysis using 28372-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 28372-1-AP (KIF2C antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of mouse testis using 28372-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse testis tissue slide using 28372-1-AP (KIF2C antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: DU 145-Zellen, PC-3-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Maushodengewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:50-1:500
