  IF Staining of MCF-7 using CL488-66870

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed MCF-7 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 KPNA2 antibody (CL488-66870, Clone: 2G9C1 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HEK-293T using CL488-66870

  1X10^6 HEK-293T cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human KPNA2 (CL488-66870, Clone:2G9C1) (red), or 0.4 ug Isotype Control. Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).
