  WB analysis using 67892-1-Ig

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67892-1-Ig (KPNA3 antibody) at dilution of 1:30000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated GAPDH Monoclonal antibody (HRP-60004) as loading control.

  WB analysis of HepG2 using 67892-1-Ig

  WB result of KPNA3 antibody (67892-1-Ig; 1:8000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-KPNA3 transfected HepG2 cells.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: LNCaP-Zellen, HeLa-Zellen, HepG2-Zellen, Jurkat-Zellen, K-562-Zellen, NIH/3T3-Zellen, PC-12-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Maushodengewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

Hintergrundinformationen

karyopherin subunit alpha 3 (KPNA3) is a member of the importin alpha family which can transport molecules between the mucleus and cytoplasm. It is ubiquitous expressed in brain,testis and esophagus. KPNA3 is associated with many severe diseases such as hepatocellular Carcinoma (PMID: 31417635) , schizophrenia, major depression and opiate dependence (PMID: 22960338) . The molecular weight of KPNA3 is about 58 kDa.

It worked on the lysates of SH-SY5Y cells. So, if you are going to use it on this sample, then I can recommend it. However, bear in mind, that whether it will work or not depends on how you treat your samples and other protocol niceties.
