  WB analysis using 27026-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27026-1-AP (LPIN1 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IP experiment of LNCaP using 27026-1-AP

  IP result of anti-LPIN1 (IP:27026-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:27026-1-AP 1:500) with LNCaP cells lysate 2400 ug.

• 

  IHC staining of human liver cancer using 27026-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human liver cancer tissue slide using 27026-1-AP (LPIN1 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

Empfohlene Verdünnung

• Western Blot (WB): WB : 1:2000-1:8000
• Immunpräzipitation (IP): IP : 0.5-4.0 ug for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate
• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:250-1:1000

It is recommended that this reagent should be titrated in each testing system to obtain optimal results.

this antibody recognize one protein around 130kDa in human myoblasts and no band is observed in lipin1 patient's myoblasts revelation with femto at 60sec
