  WB analysis using 15593-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15593-1-AP (LSP1 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of Raji using 15593-1-AP

  Raji cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15593-1-AP (LSP1 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of U-937 using 15593-1-AP

  IHC staining of human colon using 15593-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human colon tissue slide using 15593-1-AP (LSP1 antibody) at dilution of 1:800 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Kolongewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

Empfohlene Verdünnung

• Western Blot (WB): WB : 1:5000-1:50000
• Immunpräzipitation (IP): IP : 0.5-4.0 ug for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate
• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:400-1:1600

It is recommended that this reagent should be titrated in each testing system to obtain optimal results.
