  WB analysis using CL750-82094

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with CL750-82094 (LY6D antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  FC experiment of U2OS using CL750-82094

  1x10^6 U2OS cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 750-conjugated LY6D Recombinant antibody (CL750-82094, Clone:4F12)(red), or 0.4 ug Isotype Control (CL750-3000) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
