  WB analysis using 86342-3-RR

  THP-1 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 86342-3-RR (LY75/CD205 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IF Staining of THP-1 using 86342-3-RR

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed THP-1 cells using LY75/CD205 antibody (86342-3-RR, Clone: 250076G6 ) at dilution of 1:800 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2).
