  WB analysis of mouse testis using 17443-1-AP

  mouse testis tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 17443-1-AP (LYZL4 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of Raji using 17443-1-AP

  Raji cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 17443-1-AP (LYZL4 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
