  WB analysis using 32346-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 32346-1-AP (Ly-6G antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  FC experiment of mouse bone marrow cells using 32346-1-AP

  1x10^6 mouse bone marrow cells were surface stained with 0.25 ug Mouse Ly-6g Polyclonal Antibody (32346-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug rabbit IgG isotype control (blue), or 0.25 ug APC Anti-Mouse Ly-6G/Ly-6C (Gr-1) (RB6-8C5) (APC-65140, Clone: RB6-8C5). Cells were not fixed.

Hintergrundinformationen

Ly-6G (lymphocyte antigen 6 complex, locus G), also known as Gr-1, is a 21-25 kDa, glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored protein expressed on myeloid lineage cells in mouse bone marrow (PMID: 8360469). The expression of Ly-6G increases on neutrophils as they differentiate from immature cells in the bone marrow to mature cells in the blood and spleen (PMID: 8890901).
