  FC experiment of human PBMCs using 65283-1-Ig (same clone as 65283-1-PBS)

  1X10^6 LPS and TNF-α then Brefeldin A treated human PBMCs were surface stained with CoraLite® Plus 405 Anti-Human CD11b then intracellularly stained with 0.2 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human M-CSF (CL488-65283, Clone:3G12E6) or Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control. Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). Monocytes were gated. This data was developed using the CoraLite ® Plus 488 conjugated antibody of 65283-1-Ig. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 65283-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Hintergrundinformationen

M-CSF plays an essential role in the regulation of survival, proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic precursor cells, especially mononuclear phagocytes. M-CSF promotes the release of proinflammatory chemokines, and thereby plays an important role in innate immunity and in inflammatory processes. It also plays an important role in the regulation of osteoclast proliferation and differentiation, the regulation of bone resorption, and is required for normal bone development. On the cellular level, M-CSF promotes reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton, regulates formation of membrane ruffles, cell adhesion and cell migration and plays a role in lipoprotein clearance (PMID: 29734839; 29679908; 28202039)
