  WB analysis of A375 using 21491-1-AP

  A375 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 21491-1-AP (MAGEC3 Antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of mouse thymus using 21491-1-AP

  mouse thymus tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 21491-1-AP (MAGEC3 antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of human liver cancer using 21491-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human liver cancer using 21491-1-AP (MAGEC3 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 (under 10x lens).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: A375-Zellen, Maus-Thymusgewebe
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Leberkarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: A375-Zellen
