  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67333-1-Ig (MAP2K4 antibody) at dilution of 1:20000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of human breast cancer using 67333-1-Ig

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human breast cancer tissue slide using 67333-1-Ig (MAP2K4 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human breast cancer tissue slide using 67333-1-Ig (MAP2K4 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 67333-1-Ig

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using MAP2K4 antibody (67333-1-Ig, Clone: 2E4C1 ) at dilution of 1:800 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1), CL594-phalloidin (red).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Mammakarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: HepG2-Zellen

MEK4 is a member of the mitogen-activated protein kinase family, originally identified as a kinase involved in the stress-activated protein kinase pathway by directly phosphorylating c-Jun NH 2-terminal kinase. This protein has 2 isoforms produced by alternative splicing.
