  WB analysis using 55106-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 55106-1-AP (MEKK2 antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IP experiment of HEK-293 using 55106-1-AP

  IP result of anti-MEKK2 (IP:55106-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:55106-1-AP 1:300) with HEK-293 cells lysate 3200ug.

• 

  IHC staining of human intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma using 55106-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma tissue slide using 55106-1-AP (MEKK2 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

Empfohlene Verdünnung

• Western Blot (WB): WB : 1:1000-1:6000
• Immunpräzipitation (IP): IP : 0.5-4.0 ug for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate
• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:500-1:2000

It is recommended that this reagent should be titrated in each testing system to obtain optimal results.

MAP3K2, also named as MEKK2 and MEKK2B, belongs to the protein kinase superfamily, STE Ser/Thr protein kinase family and MAPK kinase kinase subfamily. It is a component of a protein kinase signal transduction cascade. MAP3K2 mediates activation of the NF-kappa-B, AP1 and DDIT3 transcriptional regulators. The antibody is specific to MAP3K2.
