  WB analysis of A549 using 13446-1-AP

  A549 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13446-1-AP (MAP7 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  A431 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13446-1-AP (MAP7 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13446-1-AP (MAP7 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IP result of anti-MAP7 (IP:13446-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:13446-1-AP 1:500) with HeLa cells lysate 2000ug.

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human colon tissue slide using 13446-1-AP (MAP7 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  Immunofluorescent analysis of Hela cells, using MAP7 antibody 13446-1-AP at 1:25 dilution and Rhodamine-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG (red). Blue pseudocolor = DAPI (fluorescent DNA dye).

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 13446-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of HepG2 cells, using MAP7 antibody 13446-1-AP at 1:25 dilution and Rhodamine-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG (red).

• Immunpräzipitation (IP): IP : 0.5-4.0 ug for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate
• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:50-1:500
• Immunfluoreszenz (IF)/ICC: IF/ICC : 1:200-1:800

It is recommended that this reagent should be titrated in each testing system to obtain optimal results.
