  WB analysis of Daudi using 85308-2-RR (same clone as 85308-2-PBS)

  Daudi cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85308-2-RR (MARCH1 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85308-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue slide using 85308-2-RR (MARCH1 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85308-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HEL using 85308-2-RR (same clone as 85308-2-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HEL cells using MARCH1 antibody (85308-2-RR, Clone: 242143G10 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85308-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 85308-2-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 85308-2-RR against Human MARCH1 were performed. The affinity constant is 29.7 nM.

Hintergrundinformationen

MARCH1 is mainly found in secondary lymphoid organs, more specifically in the endocytic pathway of dendritic cells (DCs) and B cells (11-15). MARCH1 reduces the half-life of peptide/MHC II complexes by causing their redistribution from recycling endosomes to lysosomes. MARCH1 homodimerizes and also forms heterodimers with others family members (PMID: 22508929).
