  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84792-2-RR (MCM3 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84792-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of Raji using 84792-2-RR (same clone as 84792-2-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed Raji cells using MCM3 antibody (84792-2-RR, Clone: 242103E4 ) at dilution of 1:500 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84792-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of K-562 using 84792-2-RR (same clone as 84792-2-PBS)

  1x10^6 K-562 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Mcm3 Recombinant Antibody (84792-2-RR, Clone:242103E4) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84792-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84792-2-PBS

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assay of 84792-2-PBS against Human MCM3 was performed. The affinity constant is 3.09 nM.
