  WB analysis of Jurkat using 10267-1-AP

  Jurkat cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 10267-1-AP (MEA1 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of mouse testis using 10267-1-AP

  mouse testis tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 10267-1-AP (MEA1 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Geprüfte Anwendungen

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: Jurkat-Zellen, Maushodengewebe
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Pankreaskarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
