  1x10^6 U2OS cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug MED12L Recombinant antibody (83540-1-RR, Clone:240101C11) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug MED12L Recombinant antibody (83540-1-RR, Clone:240101C11) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

Geprüfte Anwendungen

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Maushirngewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

MED12L, also named as KIAA1635, TNRC11L, TRALP and TRALPUSH, belongs to the Mediator complex subunit 12 family. MED12L may be a component of the Mediator complex, a coactivator involved in the regulated transcription of nearly all RNA polymerase II-dependent genes. MED12L is a mediator functions as a bridge to convey information from gene-specific regulatory proteins to the basal RNA polymerase II transcription machinery. MED12L is recruited to promoters by direct interactions with regulatory proteins and serves as a scaffold for the assembly of a functional preinitiation complex with RNA polymerase II and the general transcription factors. This antibody can recognize all the isoform of MED12L. This antibody has no cross-reaction to MED12.
