  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84967-1-RR (MEK1/2 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed Jurkat cells using MEK1/2 antibody (84967-1-RR, Clone: 242614G3 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2).

  FC experiment of Jurkat using 84967-1-RR

  1x10^6 Jurkat cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug MEK1/2 Recombinant Antibody (84967-1-RR, Clone:242614G3) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84967-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84967-1-RR against Human MEK1/2 were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.

MEK2(MAPK/ERK kinase 2) is also named as MAP2K2, MKK2, PRKMK2 and belongs to the MAP kinase kinase subfamily. MAPKK is itself dependent on Ser/Thr phosphorylation for activity catalyzed by MAP kinase kinase kinases (RAF or MEKK1). MEK1 and MEK2 are closely related, dual-specificity tyrosine/threonine protein kinases found in the Ras/Raf/MEK/ERK mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway. 84967-1-RR can recognize both the MEK2 and MEK1.
