  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed NIH/3T3 cells using MIF antibody (83199-2-RR, Clone: 230529F2 ) at dilution of 1:400 and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 488-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAR002). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83199-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of RAW 264.7 using 83199-2-RR (same clone as 83199-2-PBS)

  1x10^6 RAW 264.7 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug MIF Recombinant antibody (83199-2-RR, Clone:230529F2) and PE-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83199-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  1x10^6 Neuro-2a cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug MIF Recombinant antibody (83199-2-RR, Clone:230529F2) and PE-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83199-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83199-2-PBS

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assay of 83199-2-PBS against Mouse MIF was performed. The affinity constant is 0.473 nM.
