  WB analysis using CL488-67475

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with CL488-67475 (MIS12 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL488-67475

  1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human MIS12 (CL488-67475, Clone:2G5F6) (red), or 0.4 ug Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control (CL488-66360-2, Clone: K11A1B2A2) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).
