  Y79 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14735-1-AP (Muskelin antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

This antibody is ok, but not the best. At least, KO validation. The weak signal could be due to the low protein expression level though.

Primary antibody: 1:1000 dilution in 5% BSA, over night at 4CSecondary antibody: Rabbit IRDye800Detection: odyssey ClxI was able to detect the band in HEK293T and HCT116 cells. However, the band intensity was not that strong.
