  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 31396-1-AP (MLL4 antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IF Staining of U2OS using 31396-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed U2OS cells using MLL4 antibody (31396-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 488-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAR002), CL594-phalloidin (red).

MLL4, also known as KMT2B, which is an essential subunit of the H3K4 methylation complexes, regulates cell type-specific transcriptional programs through enhancer activation. Taspase 1 mediates cleavage of the MLL protein, generating 320 kDa N-terminal (MLL-N) and 180 kDa C-terminal (MLL-C) fragments (PMID: 24213472).
